Terms of Service

The Apple App Store listing identifies Gurgen Abagyan as the seller. Crypto Portfolio Tracker is the service name used in these terms.
1. Service and acceptance
These terms apply to the Crypto Portfolio Tracker mobile app and website. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. You may use the service only where lawful and are responsible for protecting your account and for activity under it.
2. Tracking only — no custody or financial advice
Crypto Portfolio Tracker displays portfolio and market information. It does not hold, transfer, trade, or control cryptocurrency, and it does not provide investment, tax, accounting, or legal advice. Market data may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. Verify important information independently before making decisions.
3. Exchange connections
Exchange connections are optional. If you connect Binance, create a dedicated API key with read-only permissions and keep trading and withdrawals disabled. You are responsible for configuring, rotating, and revoking exchange credentials and for following the exchange's terms.
4. AI assistant
The optional AI assistant sends portfolio context and recent chat messages through our server to OpenAI. Generated text may be incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated and must be independently verified. Never enter seed phrases, private keys, exchange credentials, passwords, or other secrets into chat.
5. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, scrape it at abusive rates, introduce malicious code, or use it to violate law or another person's rights.
6. Third-party services
The service relies on third parties for authentication, hosting, market data, analytics, exchange connectivity, and optional AI processing. Their availability and terms are outside our control, and features that depend on them may change or become unavailable.
7. Availability and changes
We may update, add, suspend, or discontinue features. We aim to keep the service reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. We may update these terms and will revise the date on this page when we do.
8. Account deletion and ending use
You may stop using the service, remove an exchange connection, or use Delete Account in the app's Profile screen. Account deletion is intended to permanently remove your account records from the app database and cannot be undone. Revoke exchange keys with the exchange separately, and clear app storage if you also want to remove local cached data.
9. Disclaimer and limitation
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as is and as available, without warranties of accuracy, fitness, or availability. We are not liable for investment losses, lost opportunities, exchange actions, third-party outages, or indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

Questions, complaints, or disputes about these terms can be sent to support@crypto-portfolio-tracker.app. These terms do not limit rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer law.
